The Sonar Referral Program (“Referral Program”) may be offered by Resonance Labs (BVI) Ltd., (“Sonar”) as a reward for our loyal users and token holders (“Referees”, “Creators”, or “You”) and your friends, family, and connections (“Invitees”, “Referees”, or “You”).
By participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Referral Program Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
You can review the most current version of the Referral Program Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Referral Program Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

We can and will make all determinations regarding participation in the program. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason or no reason, to the extent permitted by law, upon written notice to you. Any written notices required or permitted to be given by Sonar hereunder may be delivered by email. By participating in the program, you consent to delivery of all program-related notices and information by email to the email address you have registered with and acknowledge that you have the necessary equipment (hardware and software) to receive such emails.
The individual creating the code is referred to as the “Creator” whereas the individual using the referral code is referred to as the “Referee”.
Anyone is eligible to create a referral code, this can be done on the website and requires the provision of a valid email address and crypto currency wallet address (ERC-20).
The individual creating the referral code will also need to complete the following tasks:
If either the email address or the wallet address are invalid, or if the social tasks were not successfully completed, then the Creator will not be eligible for any referral rewards, nor will the Referee be eligible for any rewards even if a referral code was generated and used.
Once the link is generated the Creator is free to share this link with their friends, family, and connections either on their own accord or by using the share options provided with the program, or both.
When a Referee wishes to make use of the referral code, they will first need to pass a KYC process as per the standard flow on Sonar’s website: https://www.sonarplatform.io/ico by selecting the respective Tier they wish to participate in and successfully complete the subsequent KYC process.
At the end of the successful KYC process the Referee will receive instructions on how to proceed with the contribution, once completed they will be able to enter the required details and referral code on the same page and submit the code and information.
